Here is RJ Adapter's Sony NEX E-mount to Canon EOS EF Lens adapter. We can now use Canon EOS EF and EF-S lenses. But it will only shoot at maximum aperture. A trick to set it at a different aperture is to hold down the DOF preview button, on a Canon EOS body, while removing the lens at the same time - use at your own risk.
This also opens up a world of possibilities since there are EOS lens adapters for many manual lenses including Contax/Yashica, Leica-R, Olympus Zuiko, Pentax Takumar, and the list goes on...
